Write the letter in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or any editor. Then paste it into Piloxa — or, if your assistant is connected, tell it to prepare the letter for Certified Mail with return receipt.
2. Review and approve
You see the laid-out pages, the recipient address after USPS checking, the service, and one total. You edit if you like, then authorize with your card. A connected assistant gets you here through a review link; a pasted letter gets you here in one step.
3. Mailed with evidence
A printing partner prints and mails it USPS Certified, with the electronic return receipt if you chose it. The exact document, its fingerprint, the USPS tracking number, the tracking events as USPS reports them, and the signature record are kept together with the letter.

Today a one-page letter sent Certified with the electronic return receipt is $16.17 all in — printing, the envelope, postage, the certified fee and the return receipt. Longer letters cost a little more. The exact total is on the review page before you pay, and there is no second charge afterwards. There is no price you find out about afterwards. The receipt, tracking history and signed return receipt are stored with the letter, so nothing has to be saved by hand.

Piloxa is the connector the assistant calls. Its address is https://piloxa.com/mcp. The assistant cannot mail anything: it hands you a review link. You open it, read the exact pages that will be printed, check the recipient, see one total, and authorize with your card. Only then does the letter leave. Afterwards the document, its fingerprint, the address, every tracking event and the signature stay together as one record — and any assistant you connect can read it back to you.

Three rules Piloxa never breaks
No accidental mailing. An assistant can prepare, explain and route. A person approves the exact, locked document before payment and before anything is printed.
No duplicate mailing. Every action carries a stable identity; an uncertain outcome is queried, never blindly retried.
Exact-document preservation. Every mailing references one locked version of the file, with its SHA-256 fingerprint and page count. What was mailed is never a matter of memory.
Common questions
Does the AI send the letter by itself?
No. The assistant prepares it and gives you a review link. Nothing is printed, mailed or charged until you open that link, read the pages and authorize the payment yourself.
Do I have to connect my assistant?
No. Copy the letter out of the chat, sign in to Piloxa with your email, press Paste the letter text, and fill in who it is from and to. Piloxa lays it out as a PDF you can still edit before you pay. Connecting an assistant only saves the copy-and-paste. Piloxa cannot read your chats — what you paste or hand over is all it ever sees.
Which assistants work with Piloxa?
Any assistant that lets you add a custom connector (a “custom MCP server”): Claude on every plan, ChatGPT with developer mode (Business and Enterprise plans, on the web), Gemini custom apps (Google AI Pro or Ultra, personal accounts), Perplexity, and Grok. Claude and ChatGPT have been tested end to end; the others follow the same address. The details are on the send-a-letter page.
What proof do I get?
The USPS tracking number, the tracking events as USPS reports them, the electronic return receipt with the signature when you chose that service, and the exact PDF that was printed, with its fingerprint. All of it stays attached to the letter in your record — the sample record shows what can be missing and why.
Is this legal advice?
No. Piloxa executes and documents the mailing. What the letter says is yours, or your lawyer's. When a deadline or a lawsuit is involved, have a lawyer read it first.
