For partners
Your product writes the letter. Give it somewhere to go.
Letter generators, dispute-letter tools, tenant and small-claims helpers and AI drafting products all end at the same wall: the user has a finished letter and no printer, no envelope, no Certified Mail form and no proof. Piloxa is the step after that. One link hands the letter over; the person reviews it, pays once, and it is printed and mailed USPS Certified with a tracking number and, if they choose it, the signature of whoever accepted it.
The whole integration is a link
There is nothing to install, no key to obtain and no contract to sign before you try it. Add a button next to your finished letter:
https://piloxa.com/mail-a-letter-your-ai-wrote?src=partner:your-name
The src value is yours; use a short slug, lower case, letters, digits and hyphens. Every visit that arrives with it is recorded as coming from you, and it stays attached through the review page, the payment and the mailing, so both sides can see what the link actually produced rather than guessing. The person then pastes or attaches their letter on Piloxa. Nothing is mailed or charged until they have read the exact pages and authorized the payment themselves.
Piloxa never receives a document from that link. It cannot read your users’ data, and it does not need an account with you. To hand the letter over directly instead, so the person arrives with the document, the recipient and the price already filled in, write to support@piloxa.com — that path exists, and it is the same one the AI assistants use.
What your user gets
- The letter printed exactly as it was reviewed, on US-Letter paper, in an envelope, with their own return address on it.
- USPS Certified Mail, with the electronic return receipt as an option — the signature of whoever accepted the letter, as a PDF.
- One total, shown before payment, with the USPS amount and the handling fee visible rather than discovered afterwards.
- The tracking number and the tracking events as USPS reports them, kept with the letter and its fingerprint, downloadable later as a single record.
What we ask of you
- Do not tell your users the letter will be mailed automatically, or that we can read their conversation with an assistant. Neither is true, and both make the product harder to trust.
- Do not present Certified Mail as proof that a letter was read, or as legal sufficiency. It proves mailing, and it records delivery and a signature. The guide says exactly what it does and does not prove; link to it if that helps.
- Show the price honestly, or do not quote a price at all and let Piloxa show it. The public page carries the current USPS figures.
What we do not do
We do not write, review or check letters, and we do not give legal advice. We do not sell or share what passes through us, and we do not send marketing to people who arrive from your product. We do not, today, offer regular First-Class mail, international destinations, or bulk sending — Certified Mail inside the United States is what has been built and tested, and this page will not claim more than that.
Revenue share
There is none yet, and inventing one on a page nobody has signed is not honest. If your link produces orders, the numbers are visible to both of us and worth a conversation. Write to support@piloxa.com with your product and the slug you want to use.
Try it the way your user does
Open the link, paste any letter, and take it as far as the review page. You will see the exact pages, the checked address and the total. Stop there — nothing is charged and nothing is mailed until a person authorizes it.
Status, September 2026: Piloxa is opening in stages. Review, address checking and pricing work today; live mailing is switched on for invited accounts first. To be invited, write to support@piloxa.com.
