How fast

Two business days for anything ordinary. Same business day for a letter that is about to go out wrong, if you write before the vendor accepts it. Include the action number shown on your record and the first line of the letter, and we find it immediately.

The questions we get most

Where is my letter? Open your record in the workspace. Every tracking event the Postal Service reports appears there, along with the certified-mail number you can also type into tools.usps.com yourself.

Was it signed for? The electronic return receipt arrives with the record when the recipient signs, usually a day or two after delivery. If the recipient refused the letter or never claimed it, that shows up too, and it is evidence in its own right.

Can I stop a letter? Only before the vendor accepts it. After that the paper exists and nothing recalls it. The mailing and refund policy sets out exactly where that line falls.

Something is wrong with a charge. Write to us first. We answer within two business days and refund within five when a refund is due. Going to your bank instead is slower and freezes the record while it is investigated.

Delete everything about me. Say so in an email and we do it within 30 days, including your documents. See the Privacy Policy for what the Postal Service and the print vendor keep independently of us.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you what to write, whether to send it, whether a deadline applies to you, or what your letter means legally. Piloxa is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. When the outcome matters, have a lawyer read the letter before it goes.
