Gemini wrote the letter. Here is how it gets into the post, with proof.

Gemini is the one assistant where copy and paste is not the fallback — it is the path we recommend. Google gates custom apps behind a paid tier and a list of conditions, and the handoff through them has not been tested end to end, so this page leads with the way that works for everyone: copy the letter, paste it into Piloxa, read the pages, pay, done.

The way that works from any Gemini account

1. Finish the letter in Gemini. Ask for it as plain text you can copy, not as a document to download.
2. Copy it and open piloxa.com/app. Paste the letter, say who it is from and who it goes to.
3. Read the pages. Piloxa lays the letter out as it will print on US Letter paper. Change any wording while you are looking at it.
4. Check the address and the total. The recipient is checked against postal records; you see one figure, all in.
5. Authorize with your card. The letter is printed and mailed Certified. Nothing happens before this step.

Free account, paid account, phone or desktop — this path is the same and the price is the same.

About the connector, honestly

Piloxa is a custom connector at https://piloxa.com/mcp, and Gemini does accept custom apps. But Google currently asks that you are 18 or older, signed in with a personal Google Account, subscribed to Google AI Pro or Ultra, with Keep activity enabled, and in a supported region; work and school accounts are not eligible. On top of that, Piloxa's Gemini handoff has not yet been tested end to end, so we are not going to tell you it works. When it is tested, this page will say so and will say when.

The two assistants tested end to end are Claude and Grok. The current requirements for every assistant.

One difference worth knowing about the button below

Every assistant on this site has a button that opens it with the request already written in. Three of them take that request through the address; Gemini publishes no such setting at all, so pressing the Gemini button opens Gemini with an empty box and puts the same words on your clipboard instead. Press the button, then paste into Gemini. That is not a fault at our end and there is no way around it.

What Gemini cannot do

• It cannot mail anything. No assistant can. A connector prepares a draft and returns a link, and that is its only ability.
• It cannot charge your card. Payment happens on the review page, by you.
• Piloxa cannot read your chat. Nothing reaches us except what you paste, attach, or tell an assistant to hand over.

What you end up holding

• The exact letter that was approved, kept unchanged, with the fingerprint that shows it is the same file.
• The recipient address as it was printed, after the postal check.
• The mailing record: the service that was bought, when the letter was handed over to be printed and mailed, and the reference the printer gave it.
• The sentence you authorized, and the time you authorized it.

You are buying USPS Certified Mail, so the Postal Service keeps its own delivery record. Piloxa asks the printing partner for that history on its own, without anyone pressing anything, and adds each scan to your record as it is reported, naming where it came from. If you chose the return receipt, the signature of whoever accepted the letter is recorded the same way once USPS releases it. Where nothing has come back, the record says “no record yet” rather than guessing. The sample record shows every state, including the incomplete ones.

Certified Mail proves that something was delivered. It does not prove what was inside. Keeping the approved letter beside the mailing record is what closes that gap, and it is the whole reason this exists. See a filled-in record.

Common questions

Can Gemini mail a letter for me?

No. It can write the letter. Getting it printed, into an envelope and onto a USPS Certified record is what Piloxa does, and a person has to approve and pay before anything moves.

Do I need Google AI Pro or Ultra?

Not for this. A paid Google plan is one of Google’s conditions for custom apps inside Gemini; the paste path needs none of it and reaches the same review page at the same price.

Why does the Gemini button not fill in my question?

Gemini publishes no setting for a prefilled prompt, unlike the other three. The button opens Gemini and puts the same words on your clipboard, so paste them into the box.

What does it cost?

$13.18 all in for a one-page letter by USPS Certified Mail, or $16.17 all in with the electronic return receipt. Printing, envelope and postage are included. There is no subscription and no minimum.

Can I send a document Gemini made in Docs?

Yes. Download it as a PDF and attach it on the review page; the PDF is kept byte for byte and printed exactly as it is. Or copy the text and paste it, and Piloxa lays it out for you.

What proof do I get that it was mailed?

The exact document with its fingerprint, the printed recipient address, the service that was bought, and the mailing record showing when it was handed over to be printed and mailed. You are buying USPS Certified Mail, so the Postal Service keeps its own delivery record and, with the electronic return receipt, the signature; pulling that USPS history into your own record automatically is still being built.
