ChatGPT wrote the letter. Here is how it gets mailed, with proof.

ChatGPT writes an excellent demand, notice or dispute in about a minute, and then stops at the only part that matters legally: getting it onto paper, into the post, and on a record you can show someone later. That last mile is what Piloxa does. Copy the letter out of the chat, paste it in, and it is printed, enveloped, franked and handed to the Postal Service as Certified Mail.

The short way, which works on every ChatGPT account

1. Finish the letter in ChatGPT. Ask for it as plain text you can copy, not as a download.
2. Copy it and open piloxa.com/app. Paste the letter, say who it is from and who it goes to.
3. Read the pages. Piloxa lays the letter out as it will print on US Letter paper. Change any wording you want while you are looking at it.
4. Check the address and the total. The recipient address is checked against postal records and you see one figure, all in.
5. Authorize with your card. The letter is printed and mailed Certified. Nothing happens before this step.

The shorter way, if your ChatGPT workspace allows connectors

The catch, stated plainly: preparing a letter is a write action, and ChatGPT's full write support for custom connectors currently sits in Business, Enterprise and Education workspaces on the web, behind developer mode, where an owner or admin has to enable it. OpenAI documents Pro as supporting read and fetch connectors only, which is not enough for this handoff. What ChatGPT can and cannot do here

• It can write the letter, and it is good at it. Piloxa never rewrites what you approve.
• It can hand over a finished PDF. When ChatGPT can read the file's bytes, the PDF is kept exactly as it is — never re-laid-out. Tested with a PDF attached to a chat.
• It cannot mail anything. The connector's only ability is to prepare a draft and return a link.
• It cannot charge your card. Payment happens on the review page, by you.
• It cannot see your Piloxa account, your other letters, or anything you did not hand it.
• Piloxa cannot read your chat. Nothing reaches us except what you paste, attach, or tell the assistant to hand over.

What you end up holding

• The exact letter that was approved, kept unchanged, with the fingerprint that shows it is the same file.
• The recipient address as it was printed, after the postal check.
• The mailing record: the service that was bought, when the letter was handed over to be printed and mailed, and the reference the printer gave it.
• The sentence you authorized, and the time you authorized it.

You are buying USPS Certified Mail, so the Postal Service keeps its own delivery record. Piloxa asks the printing partner for that history on its own, without anyone pressing anything, and adds each scan to your record as it is reported, naming where it came from. If you chose the return receipt, the signature of whoever accepted the letter is recorded the same way once USPS releases it. Where nothing has come back, the record says “no record yet” rather than guessing. The sample record shows every state, including the incomplete ones.

Common questions

Can ChatGPT mail a letter for me?

Not by itself. It can write the letter, and with a connector it can prepare a mailing, but a person has to read the exact document and authorize the payment before anything is printed. The simplest path needs no connector at all: copy the letter out of the chat and paste it into Piloxa.

Do I need ChatGPT Plus or Pro?

No. The paste path works from a free account. A connector inside the chat needs a Business, Enterprise or Education workspace with developer mode enabled by an admin; every account reaches the same review page and the same price either way.
