PiloxaCertified Mail, with the proof kept

Add the free Certified Mail tools to your website

Two tools your readers can use without leaving your page: a Certified Mail cost calculator, and a checker that tells someone whether the letter they are about to send is finished. Each is one line of HTML, free, with no account and no key. They always show current USPS fees and prices, and each carries one visible credit line linking to the full tool.

Certified Mail cost calculator

Readers choose the number of pages and the service and see the USPS counter fees part by part (postage, the Certified Mail fee, the return receipt) beside the all-in price of sending the letter online. Useful on pages that tell people to “send it certified, return receipt requested”: law firm and legal-aid guides, landlord and tenant resources, HOA and property-management sites, consumer-rights and credit-repair pages. See it full size.

Free Certified Mail letter readiness checker

Readers paste a letter they have drafted (a demand, a dispute, a notice to a landlord or tenant, a debt validation request, an HOA letter) and the address it is going to. The checker lists what is still unfinished: placeholders left in, missing address parts, enclosures the letter mentions, blank pages. It also gives the page count and the mailing cost. It does not judge whether the letter is legally sufficient, and it stores nothing unless the reader chooses to save it. See it full size.

Building for AI assistants rather than web pages? The same mailing is available as a connector, which only ever prepares a letter for a person to review: how assistants connect, and Piloxa for AI agents.
