Ask a client to pay an overdue invoice, in writing
Fill in the invoice and the client’s address. The page lists anything still missing, reminds you about enclosures, shows a printable preview, and hands the letter to Piloxa, where you read the exact pages and the total before anything is paid for or mailed.
Nothing you type here is sent anywhere until you press “Review and send with Piloxa”. Want to see it first?

This is the wording that will be laid out. Piloxa adds the date and both addresses at the top, the same way on every letter.
What this letter says, and what it does not
It states the invoice, the amount, the date it was due, that you have not received payment, how to pay you and by when, and asks the client to tell you if they have already paid or dispute part of it. It makes no legal claim: it does not threaten a lawsuit, add interest or late fees, or cite a law. Whether you are owed interest or fees, or what you may do next, depends on your contract and your state; add that only if you know it applies.
For creators: fork this workflow
This page is a working example of handing a letter from your own tool or template to Piloxa. Your users fill in their details on your page; the letter arrives at Piloxa as a private, unsent draft, and they review and pay there. Piloxa handles printing, USPS Certified Mail, tracking and the mailing record.
Writing the letter with an assistant? Connect it to Piloxa and it hands you the same review page.
Only the letter travels. Enclosures must be combined into one PDF by the person and attached on the mailing screen. Piloxa does not verify the facts in a letter, and this example is not legal advice.
